    If you can't afford to secure a rental you ain't buying a house either. More likely you will leave Perth as some pensioners already doing.

    The cost of renting is still not anywhere near buying if you include buying/maintenance costs.

    China is trying to stimulate their economy, imo " warning signs ".

    Good luck with any leveraged investment over the next couple of years.
