    It appears it's not limited to the inner city. I suppose the litmus test is if you're in the market for a unit. Then you can see why those on the books are still on the books and what you may be looking for doesn't exist in vast quality quantities. When I was looking for a house in the boom of 2007 in Perth there we heaps on the market. Most were opportunistic overpriced dumps, and as such they represented week in week out.
    The fact from these articles is that no Armageddon has engulfed Australia. To wait for a domino effect that's going to knock out all suburbs like a blackout is fantasy full. Even in the following article they are not all blue ribbon suburbs. Willagee, you couldn't give one away once upon a time in the not too distant past. Of course Murdoch, Kardinya, Melville and surrounding are not an option so the obvious happens.
