IMO, If you were a large investor at this time (as opposed to a hedge fund) and were wanting to invest $ into this company, due diligence would reveal an ongoing court case (that we were told would not have any material impact) with the other doctors, which may be enough to put off those potential investors.
If that has any merit, we may see some money injection from large investors towards the end of the year, when the court case nears its conclusion.
I also believe, the PR is drip fed for our benefit, until that time. Wildly speculative opinion, I know, however I do look at cause and effect and despite that view, the fundamentals of the company, just get better and better. I'd rather back this one, than not. Patience is the key!
