We do have a rolling snowball (cardiocel) but it's still in the early stages. Remember we're in an industry where being cautious and conservative saves lives.
Every new cardiocel center is a source of revenue, keep adding those from one month to the next and eventually we'll be cash flow positive. That's what it boils down to.
