STOCK CALL: Merrill Lynch raises Goodman (GMG.AU) recommendation to Buy from Neutral on A$1.8 billion recapitalization, and sets target at A$0.60,implying a FY10 PE of 11.5 times with GMG currently trading at 9.9 times FY10 PE,compared with sector's average 12.1 times. "GMG should trade inline with comps after degearing and solidifying its liquidity position," ML says in a client note."Long term, a premium multiple may be warranted given GMG's leverage to a cyclical upswing. Post the raising, GMG will likely benefit from improved access to potential JV partners, previously scared off by its uncertain position."
