This is going way back to ERJ days, when I was holding for quite a few years... But a mate at work just mentioned KPO to me (http://www.kalinapower.com). I read a little and it sounds similar to what ERJ were trying to do back in the day with that equipment that was brought in from overseas somewhere. Sorry, a bit hazy on the details, but it all just sounded familiar.
