and the verdict on the freebies???????

despite some claims that the freebies amounted to a real bonus to shareholders - at the end of the day, it seems that the shares adjusted accordingly to compensate for the free issue.

watso would have thought, that anything above 14.5c would mean that there could be a bit of a benefit to shareholders. as it is, it seems that shares are trading marginally above this level, and this could account for normal daily variations in the share price. however trading is thin.

wally of the year award goes to the buyer who picked up 10,000 shares at 19c this morning. maybe this buyer has never won anything in his life before, and was determined to be the winner of some award.

watso will present "wally of the year award" at a glittering presentation evening in the backyard of watso's direlect property, in late december. there are only a limited (10,000) tickets at $50, each, but shareholders in gda, have been reserved an allocation of 8000 tickets.

should be a great night for watso, as he rakes in $500,000, and buyers of tickets will be in the running for the "runner up wally of the year", which will be determined by a lucky draw
