so - what you are saying is that if my buy in was .08 and I have 100000 shares, i would effectively have to pay CGT on (100000*0.10) = $10000 gain.
My new base will then be $0.18
I suppose the tax man will just catch up with me when I do my 11-12 tax return.
Good time to offload some Dog stocks to offset the gain.
