The missing link is incentive.
No matter what we think about the 'taxing the rich' scenario, there is no escaping the fact that the 'poor' don't employ or produce anything.
Making the rich poor, certainly will not make the poor rich. It will just add to the number of poor.
High income people and entrepreneurial types need an incentive. If that is taken away, ie. taxed too heavily, the first thing those people do is sack employees, and buy less goods. Ergo, even more unemployed people on welfare.
Its very simple. But those who are blinded by jealousy are just that, blind and jealous.
Success is a matter of accepting what we have and dealing with it, taking risks and seizing opportunities, not lamenting, whingeing, or saying; "its not fair.." Its not fair, so get used to it, and make a plan.
