income tax probably should be small. not zero but small, enough to cover the basics. Health,education, roads and other stuff tbd
Consumption based seems to be the truly fair system.
The GST is not truly fair in its current sytem, A lot of people currently avoid GST through companies. that needs to be sorted to. Why do they get to claim the GST they paid on the company christmass shindig?
Some form of redesigned GST would be better, smarter people than me should work it out.
