I don't want to labour over the issue but some items were still new in boxes with receipts. They were all bought from Australian reputable dealers such as Harvey Norman, Bing Lee, Big W etc. My mother was elderly and I wouldn't buy her products that posed a risk without AS compliance. My main point is common sense must prevail rather than blanket statements.
