    I think 230 volts will kill, in most cases. But my comment about the invisible barbed wire was more to do with property. In the point above about the unemployed, or anybody dispossessed from the land, they are prohibited from using the idle proprietors land. If anybody tries to do anything useful with the idle proprietors land they will be arrested by a band of armed hoodlums. They are certainly not able to reap the benefits of anything they may sow on the land. The same is true for Crown land, which is auctioned off or given over to cronies to mine or develop as they wish in their own interests, contrary to the interests of society. If the unemployed or the dispossessed go and try to establish community gardens on this land, they will be arrested by a band of armed hoodlums, and imprisoned. The invisible barbed wire is real.
