that' s interesting about your belief that the latest outages will actually impact on the SP of TLS dramatically.
i myself was caught up in the mobile and broadband outages fiasco, but i will not change service providers regardless.
probably better to stick with the devil you know, as the grass sometimes is not as green as promised in some of the glossy brochures of competitors.
