they selling to their JV partner in the end.
so I would say virtually much higher chance of deal going through this time versus Great Bless.
funny how stock traded higher for two days- as if someone didnt know what was coming!?
Hopefully once this settles they will wind up this thing and payout the $20m cash plus the deal proceeds.
Estimation is around 33c or so (maybe discounted by some percentage for small chance deal doesnt go through again)
