This "uncle" was Mick Kitchen of Lever and Kitchen pedigree which became Unilever.
He became part of Ross, McConnel, Kitchen & Co, who were early futures brokers.
My original dealings were back in the days of greasy wool and live cattle futures on the SFE.
He sent me my first ever chart of the SPI in 1983 and and I fell in love with it.
