sure mate, just briefly, the SIDF financing for 75% of the capex is considered by most to be a shoe in, as the SIDF have been guiding Alara on how to best meet their obligations (in terms of the setup of the JV) to guarantee the funding.
the remaining 25%, or the gap, has been referenced on occasions as being likely to be mostly from off take agreements.
i have basically been told that the company has received commitments for the entire sum already, and as far as i know we should be receiving an update on this very shortly.
