Oilex has had problems with this first Oman well but it looks like its a future producer anyway and the larger deeper zones will get re tested in this new hole coming up. This could still be a very big find. They also just announced they spudded the first well in India and its drilling ahead. This means that oilex will now be drilling 2 wells at a time into 2 separate oil fields. I am thinking this seller is strange on the back of this very significant news and maybe just market related. dyor.
