If pintohoo wants to complain about wool prices he should start by slamming the younger generations. They just won't wear wool even when it's freezing. They prefer to wear the thinnest synthetic garments they can find. I've got about 6 or 8 pure wool jumpers in a drawer including one I bought with a ColesMyer shareholder discount card (remember that?) and the rest from Bendigo Woollen Mills (gone now sadly). Plus I've got a Zegna suit hanging up made from Italian-spun finest grade Aussie merino wool (I could take you to the property that produced it), haven't worn it in years but it will still be good in 20 years even if I won't .
