I agree with most of your calculations the main point of difference is the P/E ratio. As you know this is related to a company's growth outlook and in the case of mining stocks the life of the mine. From AGM's initial resource then a PE of 10 would be fair enough. But with the new Saxon discover and the prospect of more then I think a PE of 15 - 20 is not unreasonable. see Jubilee Mines. If the current price of Nickel remains around these levels for the next few years ( ambitious but possible) then AGM looks more like a $3 to $5 stock than a $1 stock. Anyone agree?
