re: exploration drilling Initial dividend would be small. Say 3c in first half of 2008. AGM will be able to afford a small dividend so soon, unlike most companies who need to wait years.
Reason- in the first 6months need to reesablish some working capital, probably pay for another mine decline, exploration at a ramped up rate, new offices, maybee another ball mill.
But from then on its 2 payments of 10c per year!
