    re: revised dividends. I would be worried if Management was considering the possibilty of paying dividends at this stage. Their minds should be concentrated on growing the company and taking advantage of the strong price of Ni. I will be happy with capital gains for quite a while!

    If Management stays on track, dividends will naturallyfollow.
