What he has just done to BPH causing everyone who had shares to halve our holdings and keep the share price the same is a disgrace. This has been one of the worst capital raisings I have ever seen, firstly allowing anyone to get shares at a discount, then paying GBA a massive fee (which he has a big holding in) for doing nothing and then suspending the trading while drilling has been ongoing has been terrible.
