What behaviour was offensive exactly? I'm genuinely curious.

All i've done is explain to be best of my ability how takeovers actually work, and what I expected would happen in this one. As it turns out, I've been 100% correct. My batting average is certainly a lot better than Bryce's. I've received compliments from people who found the explanations helpful.

If you, Bryce and a few others don't like hearing the truth and think it would be better to just stop me from posting, then fair enough I guess. If you can't beat them, silence them, eh?

And since we are judging people's behaviour, what would you say to someone who counsels everyone to hold out, that he has 30% in his camp and that Cephalon will never reach 90%, and not to worry, life under Cephalon control will be great -- and then goes and sells his own shares and doesn't mention it to the people who believed in him and followed his advice? In my world that is a form of "pump and dump". Here apparently, it's to be admired or at least swept under the carpet?
