But I always thought that provided a company (or even an individual) were in a position whereby they have NET TANGIBLE ASSETS, then the debt position is somewhat irrevelent.
VLL have an NTA backing of somewhere around $20 - $30 million (and that is besed on very recent valuations).
If the post you refer to is your post which intends to convey the message not to touch VLL (because they have some debt), then on the basis of your thinking there would be very, very few companies which you would touch.
