    Yes, it was a smartarse comment. Then again, a company with $2.6m due before the $1m/month kicks in may not be able to tempt anything out of the market ...

    To me, its underwritten or its over.

    But on a positive note, if CCU did have it underwritten, I'd be tempted to participate in the top-up process, even if I wasn't offered the 20% discount.
