    I don't know about that - Magna is conspicuously absent from these announcements.

    On the plus side - it looks like the placement will be underwritten.

    On the minus side, the Reserve has been downgraded in line with the current silver price.

    I'd be hesitant to participate at the moment, unless the silver price continues to head north.
