In Oct 2012 Merger proposal with Santa Fe and now May 2013 some 8 months later - nothing after giving them A$4m.

Santa Fe announcement (SEC) 29/05/2013

* 30/06/2012 accumulated deficit approx USD$64m and may never be profitable.

* We may be at risk of losing title to our Ortiz gold property lease if we fail to perform our obligations.

Previous SEC report states the parties (Santa Fe and IGS merger is not likely).

Meanwhile no merger news from IGS Director's whilst these significant issues are happening whereby informing shareholders pursuant to dissclossure rules ASX 3.1

IGS still giving the impression by way of web site that the merger is on and they have the Santa Fe assets.

I am amazed fellow shareholders of IGS are not up in arms.

IGS Director's resigning whilst all this going on !!
