Australia braces for EU trade backlash as France fumes over scrapped submarine contract
The federal government is bracing itself for the possibility that EU trade talks could be disrupted, as France fumes at Australia and the United States over the decision to scrap a $90 billion submarine contract.
Cancelling a $90 billion submarine contract and expecting France to take the decision lightly was a major diplomatic misjudgement, up their with cancelling the belt and road project and Huewai 5G !
