We all seem to be in conspiracy theories these days, so I will chuck this one into the ring for everyone to pull apart. Have you thought that perhaps the share price is being deliberately pushed down so that when Hanlong fails (deliberately or because they can't raise the money) that another Chinese suitor will emerge and offer a takeover on much much lower terms than $0.57 and sell it as being a 'premium' to the average of the last 3 months share price?
Just my random thoughts while I wait for May 2012!
