Like almost very instance, it all depends on the investment objectives of the individual.

If capital preservation is critical (not just short-term but even longer-term given the lofty equity valuation), then yes, I think holding now is indeed speculative.

But if sustainable income generation is what you seek from the business, then the status quo, at the very least, appears to be supremely sustainnable.
