    You guys might want to re-read the announcement - HRR can sit back while their ground is prepared, mined and sold - just sit back and earn the income without spending a cent

    Also allows them to re-focus back on to their other projects

    A break above 23c should see the sp go to around 30c - very tightly held stock

    I of course own - what do others think??
