Yep, just takes the multitudes a bit of time, but they'll eventually catch on. Change does scare the living daylights out of some people so they just need to be nursed along, which is fair enough.

Labor is an understanding party, and will try to help them out by slowly introducing things so as not to scare them too much. It's not easy to look after everyone, but Labor is capable of that sort of kindness and understanding.
