Actually surprised we got this today...mgmt have more on their mind than a shareholders update with the Kronos defense and (potential) counter claim to be submitted.
Originally this was due June 14th, pushed back to June 21st. So perhaps most of the work was done late last week allowing the guys to crank out today's update.
Nice to get some news...good to see lots of "well advanced" and "complete" or nearing completion" being used.
