We are a AU$0.05 organisation under the companies self promoted rejuvenated Central Petroleum Limited board of eight (8) directors. The market capital now at AU$108 (million) and the earning per share tanking on all 1/2 year ending periods since new took over from the unceremoniously dumped ex MD.
So it begs the question folks, will management put their hand out for a pay rise, they do after all state to be a rejuvenated team with finances under control. But but but. where is the 22 (million) going to come from to pay those two JV commitments, a Capital Raising (CR) maybe? Will the rejuvenated board of eight (8) hit you with a CR after the AGM.
Management, the table below is the reason why we shall be voting for your removal. If your not happy with the accumulative 30 odd moths of decline under this management, make your vote count.
