Yes a fat pay rise for Cottee and all the directors is certainly on the cards, probably a big one. Remember the massive pay rise they voted themselves in 2012/13. And the 8 snouts will need a bigger trough to snuffle in so a CR will be needed. That will be dressed up as money for more seismics and commitments to drill that won't be met. Rigs will be unavailable or fall over or whatever.
