No wonder Ian Buchhorn resigned, he was the only director that had any decent amount of shares in HRR. No doubt he was disgusted also with the capital raising put forward. He had close to 50m shares. With the price and amount of shares being issued I reckon its cost him around $5 to $10m over the next couple of years
