The SPP softens the blow of this sh1t sandwich. Current holders can ave down a bit. Todays drop to current levels was on minuscule volume. There's no way you could buy a substantial parcel at this price on the open market.
I agree management had little choice but to strike a deal on these terms. Their failure was in mismanaging the financing deal at every step along the way. Let's hold them to account at the AGM for what's happened. The company doesn't need them anymore.
