It's probably one thing to link a subscription report, and another to say what's in it. The AFR is a subscription newspaper, but people still discuss what's in it. In fact, the Business Spectator and most trading news platforms constantly use share and company information from the AFR, as we do on HC.

Information sharing isn't a copyright issue. Fairfax or news.com.au might become subscription soon, but it's unlikely people won't be discussing content if it becomes subscription.
