I won't name rivals that indulge in the latter but at least one is a listed company with an 'interesting' founder.
These attributes (including the sentiments from Miss/Mrs/Ms Michael above in a crisis situation that God willing none of us ever have to face) help it to compete against behemoths such as the USA-owned Amazon. This is not easy.
