regardless of how dangerous one might think what may be small amounts of asbestos is in mulch etc --

one should really ask --------------- just 'how is it possible to get asbestos at all in mulch'

how the hell is that possible without gross negligence and 'she'll be right'?????

What is it with Oz?? ---------- if we want to see what is supposed to be a 'developed country'

take a look at this issue and think it through -

also bear in mind a couple of other points for a giveaway ------- say the percentage of Aussie houses that have high performance double glazed windows - in one of the hottest countries on earth - compare it to other developed nations

and of course - NSW where OVER half of all new apartments have serious building faults -

combine all of these things - and it's the kind of stuff you find in tinpot third world places
