Yeah, I remember years ago when the dangers of asbestos became known and rules were introduced to manage it's handling. A person i know leased a business premises that had blue asbestos insulation. The quote for removal was very expensive involving negative pressure tenting and people dressed in maggot suits. The person decided to pop on a face mask and remove it and dump it himself because of the cost.
