possible reason for sell-off yesterday - on the news last night there were reports from the US that "significant" adverse side affects to gardasil had been experienced and that the demand in the US might drop accordingly. Local experts basically said that the yanks are nancy boys (or in this case girls) and there is nothing wrong with the drug. I think yesterday was a blip - I would imagine a continuation of its strong trend up.
