The new MD appears to be a lot more transparent.

SN stated what the issues were with REDs current water mgt plain and communicated his proposed solution plus how its implementation was progressing. He also identified + communicated that during periods of extreme rainfall bottom of pit mining might be limited and immediately doubled the ROM pad and commenced development of ore sources at a higher elevation. He also communicated that the ROM pad may be expanded so that it can hold 2.5 months of ore. Also for the first time that I'm aware of SN has given a breakdown of ore movement rates.

Disclosure/transparency is improving. The operation appears to be at a turning point. Feel free to crucify SN if he doesn't perform however the share price may not be the best measure of his performance.
