My views are two types of investors
Trade = Brokers / Institutions
Retail = Public trading through brokers or Home investors

Only my opinion but this is what brokers/ institutions do to acquire shares
Normal trading occurs with buyers pushing the SP up trade and retail included in this
the Sp gets to a point when trade makes a decision to sell,(retail don't because they want it to go up more)
trade then dump $$ Millions which drops the SP , retail soon follow after it has dropped significantly and then trade move in again and buy retail again
Cappers move in and a slow grind commences with stock slowly changing hands over an extended time
Retails is squeezed out,trade now owns the stock again then normal trade occurs,Sp rises and the cycle of share trading continues
Has happened 4 times in the past 6 months, the cycle of life............
