In all fairness to Eagle you had to dig deep behind the Government spin to discover the truth. And he did admit he hadn't realised the extent of this government's con job on the Australian public.I had to dig even deeper,well beyond this spin, to find the details of the actual announcement on the ATO website.
This Government has brought spin to a crescendo that would make any PR person cringe with envy.
But the misleading statements on this new Super Tax and the belittling of foreign investors is beyond the pale.
