H2H if we have this attitude going forward it will be to our own detriments. The bottom line is that yes, it is affecting recruitment and the way in which potential institutional investors view our company. Whether we like it or not that is Mr.Schapera's reality so we need to re-think the way in which we address issues from here on in. He's not saying don't ever complain ever again and just fall in line, but maybe tackle it in another matter that isn't so public which is a fair point. We achieved our objective and that was to let management know of our frustrations apparently we were far too effective and have let the entire investment community know.
