    One stat that hasn't been presented in these numbers is the numbers of test per say million population to arrive at the infection rate. If one country is doing 10 times the testing of another surely they will have a higher infection rate. It has been reported today that there may be up to 60,000 unreported cases in Australia. mild symptons or no symptons. IMO comparing this virus to others in the community misses one salient point: the medical worls understands these existing ilnesses , flu, cold , TB etc. Covid is an unknown quantity, give survivors say 5 years and find the after effects if any. A number of Covid survivors have reported various ailments that weren't there or weren't apparent before they contracted Covid. So IMO the arguments to date about who has or why they haven't got the biggest/smallest infection/death rate needs a few more paramenters measured first.
