If a a large locker sells for $40k-$50k and it has 50% margin then we can assume roughly $20-$25k deployment cost per locker max. Given we will only be deploying another 20 or so (max in my mind) then we easily have enough funds given the sale of PDT. Personally I don't think they want the options coverted at 14c to avoid more dilution and in the hope that they can raise some money early next year at a higher price....remains to be seen given the SP performance in the last 2 years
