1. Recalcitrant sub-underwriter investors $1.7m shortfall on promises.
2.Loss of establishment fees $1.1m to Canadian conv.note lender.
(I'm still of the opinion that ADO walked away, hence no compensation from the Canadians)
I don't think Geoff. walked-the-plank because of this.
