Especially when you consider the Canadian deal cost us AUD$1.2M and Bergen raised USD$2.0M. So in effect Bergen only really contributed about AUD$1.5M in net real terms and 1/3 of that was in July. AND they got a few million shares for free to pressure the share price (IMHO) as they no longer have the commitment shares according to the SS statement. And a whole lot of free options to boot.

If I was DS I'd be really p!ssed. But what would I know.

Between the free options, free commitment shares they own more than 7% of the ADO (over 80M shares) for way less than AUD$1.5M - and they didn't have to case the position on market! What would that have cost them? Nice little earner for 6 months "work". 7% for less than $1.5M
